New to the League? Not a "newbie" but want to learn more about us? This session is for you.
Member orientation meetings are focused on informing new and prospective League members about the League's history, structure, and ways to get involved; however, all members are welcome to attend and can invite a friend. Membership is open to all 16 years of age and older.
What to expect:
- One hour (or less) overview of who we are and what we do
- A simple guide to how the League is structured and how decisions are made
- Examples of ways to get involved, from short-term tasks to ongoing committees
- Time for questions
A new member orientation meeting will be offered every other month. See the event calendar for additional dates.
Registration is not required, but we appreciate it so we can plan better, and know to expect you!
